What it costs
Secondary rhinoplasty with us is usually quoted in the range of $5,000 to $8,500. The final quote comes only after our surgeon has reviewed your photos.
Your next step
Send this analysis on WhatsApp, then attach your photos: front, both profiles, both obliques and the base view.
Send my analysis on WhatsAppUse even daylight, a plain wall, a relaxed face and no filters.
This is not a diagnosis or medical advice. Only an in-person examination can confirm a plan for your nose.
Questions about the assessment
What is the online secondary rhinoplasty assessment?
It is a short self-assessment for people considering a second operation on their nose. You answer nine questions about your surgical history, your concerns and your breathing, and the page gives an instant preliminary analysis of timing, likely planning complexity and cartilage options. It follows fixed rules, so it is a starting point for a conversation, not a medical opinion.
Does the assessment replace a consultation?
No. The analysis is rule-based and cannot see your nose. Only our surgeon can judge your case, first from your photos and your operation history, and finally at an in-person examination. Treat the result as a way to organize your thoughts and your questions before that review, not as a plan or a promise of what surgery will involve.
What photos should I send?
Send six clear photos taken in even daylight against a plain, light wall: front, left and right profiles, left and right obliques, and a view from below showing the base of the nose. Keep your face relaxed, hold the phone at nose height, and use no filters or wide-angle modes. If you have older photos from before any surgery, include them.
Is the assessment free?
Yes. The online assessment is free, and so is the surgeon's review of your photos on WhatsApp. Neither obliges you to book anything. If our surgeon thinks surgery could help, you receive a plan and a written quote. If waiting or not operating is the better choice, we will tell you that plainly instead.
