Terms of Use

Updated

In brief

This website is for general information only, and reading it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Any price you see is an estimate until you receive a written quote.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What is this website for?

This website provides general information about secondary (revision) rhinoplasty. It is meant to help you understand your options and prepare questions for a surgeon.

It is not medical advice and it does not replace an examination. For more on this, see our medical disclaimer.

Does reading this website make me a patient?

No. Reading the site, filling in the contact form or sending a message does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

That relationship begins only when a surgeon has reviewed your case, discussed a plan with you, and you have agreed to treatment. Until then, nothing here is a personal recommendation for you.

Are the prices and quotes on this website binding?

No. Any price, range or package description on this website is an estimate for general guidance.

A price becomes firm only when you receive a written quote based on your own photos and operation history. The written quote sets out what is included. If the two differ, the written quote applies.

Who owns the content on this website?

The text, images, graphics and design on this website belong to the practice or are used with permission. This includes patient photos, which are shown with the patients’ consent.

You may read the site and share a link to it. You may quote short passages if you credit the website and link back to it.

You may not copy, republish, sell or alter the content, or use patient photos, without our written permission.

This website may link to outside sources, such as medical journals or professional societies. We include them for your information.

We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site.

How is my data handled?

Our privacy policy explains what happens to your information, including photos and medical history you choose to send over WhatsApp. Please read it alongside these terms.

Is the website always available and accurate?

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, and each page shows when it was last updated. Medical knowledge and practice change, however, and we cannot promise that every page is complete or free of error.

We may change, suspend or remove parts of the website at any time without notice.

What are the limits of our responsibility?

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based only on the content of this website. Please talk to a qualified surgeon about your own situation before you decide on any treatment.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Can these terms change?

Yes. We may update them from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.

This page is general information written for patients. It does not replace a consultation or examination, and the right plan for your nose can only be set by a surgeon who has assessed you.
